I bought a few things for my 8 year old, and while some of it was fine, a couple items felt a little too grown up for her. I just wish the age ranges had been clearer before I placed the order.

I thought this would be a lot more fun based on how it looked online, but once we opened it, it was underwhelming. My kid got bored with it really quickly and barely wanted to use it. I also had to chase them when I tried to complain, which just made the whole experience more frustrating

I've ordered from Top Trenz a couple of times now, and most of the stuff has been on trend, which is what I was looking for. A few items do feel like the kind of thing that's popular for a minute and then kind of disappears, but that's not too surprising with trendier shopping. Shipping was fine, not especially quick, but not bad either. Overall, it's a decent place to browse when you want cute current pieces without digging through a bunch of sites.

I was browsing Top Trenz and found a few really cute things I was excited about, but when I went to pick sizes, some items were either out of stock or only had limited options left. The site itself was easy to use, so that part was fine. I just wish the inventory was updated a little better because it was kind of disappointing to find something I liked and then not be able to get it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just more average than I was hoping for.

They have some really cute stuff that works well for small gifts, but I wouldn’t say it’s for everyone. I also felt a little passed around when trying to figure out what would be best, which made the experience feel less personal than I expected.

I ordered in bulk and everything showed up fine, as far as I can tell. The only thing was that shipping seemed a little slower than I expected, but overall it worked out okay

When it showed up, it looked nothing like the description online. it kind of felt like they picked the best possible wording and photos to make it seem way nicer than it actually was. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known what I was really getting

I asked for a refund after my order didn’t work out, and it turned into a whole headache. Replies took forever, and I felt like I was just being passed around instead of actually helped :/ Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again

I’m still waiting on my order and the whole thing has been really frustrating. Shipping is taking forever, and the tracking barely updates, so I have no idea what’s actually happening. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait longer. It feels like no one is taking ownership or can clearly tell me who’s responsible for fixing it.

I felt like the prices were a bit much for what I got. The quality was fine, but nothing special, and then shipping made it even more expensive. I kept thinking I probably could’ve found it cheaper somewhere else. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

The shipping was fine and everything arrived in good condition, so I can’t complain about that part. But the bulk ordering page was kind of frustrating to use, and I had to click around too much just to figure out quantities and pricing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but based on that first impression, I probably wouldn’t use them again for bulk orders.

I feel like some kind of compensation or at least covering the return shipping would’ve made it feel a lot more reasonable. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure I was keeping the item.
